My name is Vittoria Pasca and I am a vegan nutritionist. I love to create healthy and nutritious recipes that will help you plan your meals in a balanced way. I have lived abroad for many years, and I am currently in the Pacific, where in 2018 I founded VegFest Fiji. I have collaborated on several nutrition and cookery books and in 2019 I published my first recipe book, "Pacific Vegan, Healthy and Creative Cooking with Pacific Plants" which received the Gourmand Awards.
