“Project management in the profession of biologist“. This will be discussed next December 13th in Lecce, in the conference room of the “Casa di cura prof. Petrucciani” (viale Aldo Moro), as part of a workshop organized by the Branch Puglia of the Project Management Institute Southern Italy Chapter with the contribution of the Order of Biologists of Puglia and Basilicata. The event, free and in-person (4-7 pm), is aimed at Biologists (OBPB members) and undergraduates as well as PMI members.

In the biologist's profession, project management skills play a significant role in supporting effective and structured professional growth. Every activity, from scientific research to managing a laboratory or professional practice, takes the form of a project: a path aimed at achieving a tangible result – whether it is a product, a service, or a new functionality. The ability to design, manage, and pursue objectives strategically thus becomes crucial not only to achieve significant results, but also results of value for the market.
