Nourish every cell in your body with foods from the earth, minimally processed, mostly plant-based, and naturally rich in essential nutrients and powerful antioxidants to help you look and feel your best.
Love, enjoy, and share delicious foods and eating rituals.
Food should not be feared or be a cause of illness or suffering.
Food is one of life's greatest pleasures and connectors: it is meant to nourish every aspect of your existence!
Learn to balance your food choices so you get a healthy and satisfying mix of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Learn to eat until you are fully satisfied, not mindlessly full.
Choose foods that taste good when you eat them and make you feel good in your body after eating them.

Make small changes that turn into habits and you will transform your entire life!
Making a deep overhaul of your life all at once is generally unrealistic and unsustainable.
Remember, it's about progress, not perfection, and the journey to better health is never a straight line.
Educate yourself because knowledge is power. Learn to trust your inner wisdom or intuition: your body usually tells you everything you need to know.
Everyone is different and that's a beautiful thing. Learn to respect and appreciate your body, your personal style, your preferences, and your unique genetic makeup. Practice positive self-talk and remember: if you wouldn't say it to a friend, don't say it to yourself.
Support yourself with the positivity of the people you interact with, the places you visit, the work you do, and the community you live in.

Become active. Move with motivation to be strong and healthy! Moving your body is good not only physically but also mentally.
Relax more. Learn how to manage and reduce stress: it is essential for your overall well-being, your ability to connect with others, and your enjoyment of life.
It has been shown that sleep is a fundamental element of our well-being. Prioritize ways to get enough quality sleep in your life.
Seek effective therapies. When life gets tough, instead of turning to alcohol or ice cream, embrace clinically proven effective therapies that can promote healing and happiness.
Explore and connect. Embrace your inner child ready for adventure through travel, hobbies, engaging with positive people, and learning new skills that excite your life.

"When someone tells me they have seen a nutritionist, I always ask if it was a Specialist in Food Science. What worries me is that usually they don't know. Although any doctor can call themselves a nutritionist, only a Specialist in Food Science (SSA) has completed multiple levels of education and training established by the Ministry of University and Scientific Research. SSAs must have a master's degree, win a competition, and gain access to the School of Specialization at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. In addition, they must complete an extensive supervised practice program, pass a rigorous exam, undertake continuing education (ECM), and adhere to a professional code of ethics. As far as I am concerned, in addition to being an SSA and having various specializations, I also have a Master's in Coaching and am a Lecturer in Nutrition at the University. Taking control of your own health is a serious process and I think it is important to choose the most equipped and trained professionals to help you."
Today, as a nutritionist, I help others change their lives and forget about "diet" foods and calories. I replace them with positive changes in terms of health and lifestyle that are the core of my philosophy, focusing on "real" foods and an integrated approach to life.
I am excited to be here with my team of experts, ready to support you on your journey towards the goal of healthy eating and a lifestyle you truly love! Every member of our team is a licensed professional dedicated to our unified Model.
